collection concerns mainly plants, within the family, with medicinal properties or used in traditional medicine, but it does not exclude other sympatric species.
This database was extracted from the four collections of reference specimens on medicinal plants deposited at the CNARP herbarium: http://ipt.madbif.mg/resource?r=medicinal_plants_orstom_cnarp&v=1.0, http://ipt.madbif.mg/resource?r=medecinal_plants_cnarp&v=1.0, http://ipt.madbif.mg/resource?r=medecinal_plants_nci_cnarp&v=1.0 and http://ipt.madbif.mg/resource?r=medecinal_plants_icbg_cnarp&v=1.1

Методы сбора
All of the Asteraceae family specimens from the herbarium were digitized. These specimens were collected from the Malagasy territory. The collection includes mainly medicinal plants but are not exclusively so.
